Brabus has recently taken the online stage to introduce its latest creation, the Brabus 800 Superblack. This remarkable vehicle is based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4², and it pushes the boundaries of performance even further.

The Brabus 800 Superblack shares its name with previous Brabus models, including the standard Mercedes-AMG G 63. However, the enhancements on the G 63 4×4² derivative are more or less the same.

Visually, the Brabus 800 Superblack features various modifications that contribute to its unique and special character. Carbon inserts adorn the front, while a backlit Brabus logo proudly sits on the grille. The vehicle also boasts new side strips, door handles, a powerdome on the hood, and a spare wheel holder. Additional lighting elements, including a roof-mounted piece above the front windscreen, provide exceptional illumination at the push of a button.

One of the most exciting additions to the package is the Brabus carbon tailpipes and the new Monoblock HD wheels. These eight-spoke wheels come in a matte black finish and measure 9.5×22 inches on both axles. They are wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion ATR M&S tires, sized 325/55. Combined with the new brake design and the overall black appearance, they complete the exterior look of the vehicle.

Inside the cabin, Brabus has opted for a black leather upholstery with a quilting pattern, complemented by matching stitching and piping. The vehicle boasts an Alcantara headliner and pillars, leather quilting on the carpets and trunk, leather floor mats, and an abundance of carbon fiber trims. Brabus logos can be found throughout the interior, and they are also featured on the new side sills, which illuminate in the same hue as the ambient lighting. The door locking pins have a gold finish, the pedal pads are made of matte anodized aluminum, and the speedometer now displays a maximum speed of 300 kph (186 mph).

However, the Brabus 800 Superblack is not just a showpiece. It offers substantial performance upgrades as well, thanks to a power boost and a new exhaust system with a coming home mode. The vehicle now delivers an impressive output of 800 ps (789 hp/588 kW) and a torque rating of 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft). According to Brabus, this powerhouse with a touch of luxury can accelerate from 0 to 100 kph (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds, while its top speed is electronically limited to 210 kph (130 mph).

To compare, the stock Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4² is equipped with a bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine, producing 585 ps (577 hp/430 kW). Although it shares the same power as the regular G 63, the increased weight of the G 63 4×4² results in slightly slower acceleration, with a 0-100 kph time of 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 220 kph (137 mph) without any modifications.
